Curt Fraser TKOs Willi Plett

By polskiguy

His one punch KO of a very, very out-matched Dave Farrish is responsible for my love of hockey fights. It was a televised game vs the Leafs. I was very young and knew little of Fraser being a fighter. Jim Robson kept talking about it during the broadcast, and was kind of warning how dangerous Fraser was as a fighter, and that guys might overlook him because he didn’t look impressive.

By the way Fraser also put up points in Vancouver before being traded to Chicago. He was never a guy bereft of talent. His linemates were Thomas Gradin and Stan Smyl
